By accessing or using TOKA NFT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or attempt to purchase an NFT.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

TOKA NFT provides access to digital art collections and enables eligible users to purchase NFTs through supported checkout methods.

Collection availability, prices, artwork details and purchasing options may change at any time.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. The provider may apply its own terms, supported-country rules, payment checks and identity verification requirements.

A submitted payment is not considered complete until it has been approved and the related blockchain transaction has been successfully processed.

Additional charges imposed by a bank, card issuer, payment provider or blockchain network may apply.

You are responsible for providing a valid wallet address that supports Polygon and ERC-721 NFTs.

Always verify the wallet address before confirming a purchase. TOKA NFT is not responsible for assets delivered to an incorrect, unsupported or inaccessible wallet address supplied by the purchaser.

Never share your wallet recovery phrase, private key or password with TOKA NFT or any other person.

Unless stated otherwise, TOKA NFTs are minted on the Polygon network after the purchase is confirmed.

Delivery times may vary because of payment review, identity verification, smart-contract processing or blockchain network conditions.

Blockchain transactions may be permanent and may not be reversible after an NFT has been minted or transferred.

Purchasing an NFT provides ownership of the blockchain token associated with the digital collectible.

Unless a collection page expressly states otherwise, purchasing an NFT does not transfer copyright, trademark rights or unrestricted commercial rights in the associated artwork.

You may not falsely claim authorship of an artwork or use TOKA NFT content in a way that violates applicable rights.

Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to the TOKA NFT Refund Policy, the status of the payment and the rules of the applicable payment provider.

Completed blockchain transactions may not be cancellable or reversible.

You may not use TOKA NFT for fraud, money laundering, stolen payment methods, unlawful activity, market manipulation, infringement of intellectual-property rights or attempts to interfere with the website or its systems.

TOKA NFT may restrict or refuse access when activity appears unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or inconsistent with these Terms.

NFTs and blockchain technology may involve technical, regulatory and market risks. Digital collectibles may lose value and are not guaranteed to increase in value.

TOKA NFT does not guarantee uninterrupted access, constant availability of any collection or compatibility with every wallet, device or third-party service.

Nothing on the website should be treated as financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TOKA NFT is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of value, wallet-access problems, third-party service failures, blockchain delays or actions taken by payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms may be updated when the service, checkout process or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page.

Continued use of TOKA NFT after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
