Refund Policy

NFT purchases involve payment processing and blockchain transactions. Refund requests are reviewed according to the payment status, minting status and delivery status of the NFT.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

A cancellation or refund may be considered when payment has been received but the NFT has not yet been minted or transferred.

Contact TOKA NFT support as soon as possible and include the collection name, NFT number and any available transaction information.

A request cannot be guaranteed when payment or blockchain processing has already started.

Purchases are generally final after the NFT has been minted or delivered to the wallet address provided during checkout.

Blockchain transactions may be permanent and may not be reversible after completion.

TOKA NFT does not guarantee a refund because the purchaser changed their mind, no longer wants the NFT or believes that its market value has changed.

Contact support when payment has been confirmed but the NFT has not been delivered within a reasonable processing period.

TOKA NFT may investigate the payment status, wallet address, blockchain transaction and minting status.

When delivery cannot be completed and the NFT has not been successfully transferred, TOKA NFT may attempt delivery again or consider another appropriate resolution.

The purchaser is responsible for providing a correct wallet address that supports Polygon and ERC-721 NFTs.

TOKA NFT is not responsible for an NFT delivered to an incorrect, unsupported or inaccessible wallet address supplied during checkout.

A refund may not be available after an NFT has been transferred to the wallet address provided by the purchaser.

Contact support promptly if you believe that you were charged more than once for the same purchase or that the charged amount was incorrect.

Include the NFT name, purchase amount, date and any available payment reference. Do not send complete card details, passwords, recovery phrases or private keys.

Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be reviewed with the applicable payment provider.

A declined payment normally does not create a completed NFT purchase.

A pending authorization may remain visible temporarily according to the card issuer or payment provider.

TOKA NFT cannot control how quickly a bank or payment provider releases a pending authorization.

Contact the card issuer and TOKA NFT support immediately if you believe that a payment was made without authorization.

Unauthorized-payment reports may be reviewed by the applicable payment provider and financial institution.

TOKA NFT may restrict access or delivery while suspected fraud is being investigated.

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method when supported.

Processing time may depend on the payment provider, card network and financial institution.

Fees that were independently charged by a bank, card issuer or other third party may not be refundable by TOKA NFT.

Include the collection name, NFT number, purchase amount, payment date, wallet address and a clear explanation of the issue.

Never send your wallet recovery phrase, private key, complete card number, card security code or account password.

This Refund Policy may be updated when the checkout process, payment providers or TOKA NFT services change.
